What advantages do I have in the SEN online shop?
You have the possibility to order every day around the clock in our online shop. Using the traffic light system, you can see at a glance whether the desired product is in stock and how long delivery will take. If you need further help or your questions could not be answered here, our team will be happy to assist you at any time.


Who can order from SEN?
Do you have your own business or work in one? Then you can simply register and order. You will need a trade licence to register.


How can I register with SEN?
Simply click on the "My account" icon in the top right-hand corner. Then you have the option to log in or register. If you are registering, you must fill in the fields on the right-hand side and then click on continue. After we have checked your data, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. To register, you only need to enter your e-mail address and password.


Which branches are accepted as new customers?
We accept all branches working in the photovoltaic sector as new customers.


How long does it take to receive my order?
As a rule, the goods are dispatched 3-4 days after receipt of payment in the case of "payment in advance" or after ordering in the case of payment "on account". Since some products are currently not readily available, there may be deviations.


What does the traffic light mean for our products in the online shop?
Green: The product is available.
Yellow: The goods are in stock.
Red: The product is not available in the near future.


Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value at SEN.


Can I have my order delivered to other countries?
Yes, your order can be delivered to other countries. There are no limits to the countries.

 
What are the shipping costs?
For postcodes 27xxx and 28xxx the delivery conditions remain unchanged. If you are located in an area with postcodes 2xxxx (23xxx and 24xxx are excluded) and 49xxx, delivery is free of charge for orders over 5.000 €. If you collect the goods, you will receive a collection discount of 1.5%. For the remaining postcodes, deliveries are only made on 2m pallets and are still carriage paid from an order value of €5,000. For orders of 3 full profile pallets or more, delivery is freight paid on 4m pallets. If you collect your order, you will receive a collection discount of 2%. Should you nevertheless wish a delivery on 4m pallets, the costs will be calculated according to expenditure.

 
From when to when are pick-ups possible?
You can collect your goods from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm.


What guarantees do I have after my purchase from SEN?
We offer our customers a 10-year guarantee for our SOL-50 mounting system. You can view the guarantee certificate here. In addition, we have provided a warranty statement for you on our website.

If you purchase a product from another manufacturer, the manufacturer's guarantees apply. You can view these in the item description or the data sheets.


Does SEN also install photovoltaic systems?
SEN is purely a wholesaler and does not offer an installation service for photovoltaic systems. Since we have a very large network, we will be happy to put you in touch with our partners, from whom you can then request an installation quote.


What training do you offer?
We offer on-site training for the SOL-50 mounting system and the SOLDraft planning tool. You can find more information  here..
