Shipping costs

You have the option of collecting your goods from us or having them delivered.

In the case of delivery by collection, the goods will be collected by you after an appointment has been made and you have been informed of the collection number.

Shipping costs for deliveries in Germany:

• For an order value of less than EUR 5,000.00 net, transport costs are incurred. 
• For an order value of more than 5,000.00 EUR net, delivery is made in 3 zones:
  - Zone 1: Postcodes 27xxx and 28xxx: no pick-up discount and freight paid
  - Zone 2: Postcode 2xxx (without 24xxx and 23xxx) and 49xxx: pick-up discount 1.5% and freight free.
  - Zone 3: All other postcodes: Only in 2 metre pallets or warehouse order with at least 5 full pallets Freight paid
• Parcel delivery with GLS or DPD (5kg, 10kg, 30kg, 40kg) 
• Basically: At the delivery address, it must be ensured that the goods are accepted properly and by a suitable person (kerbside and signature). Unloading assistance must be booked on request.

Freight charges always apply for deliveries abroad. Please enquire about these separately.
