Payment Methods

You have the following payment options for your purchase in our shop:

Prepayment: 

We ask you to transfer the listed amount (this consists of the net value of your order plus the applicable VAT) as soon as possible, but at least 5 days before the desired delivery date, to one of our accounts mentioned below. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that the delivery date will be met. For urgent orders, please use the option of real-time transfer / SEPA Instant Payment. Please understand that we can only release the order for commissioning after receipt of payment on our account. 

We would also like to inform you that in future we will only be able to accept deposits by bank transfer. For organisational reasons and in order to be able to comply with tax regulations, cash payments are only possible from now on after explicit agreement with our accounting department or the management. 

We therefore ask you to familiarise yourself with the possibility of real-time bank transfer / SEPA Instant Payment, which is offered by all major German banks. In this case, the transfer takes place in a few seconds. We have already had many positive experiences with this. After you have placed three orders with us with a total turnover of at least 6,000 EUR, we can apply for a credit limit for you. If this is approved, you will receive your goods on account in the future (within the credit limit).

Purchase on account: 

Order your desired products today and as soon as the goods have been handed over to the carrier, you will receive the invoice. You can then pay this within 14 days.

Down payment guarantee: 

The deposit guarantee secures your advance payment as you will be refunded your deposit by our insurance company in the event of SEN's inability to pay. The cost of the guarantee is 1.5% p.a. on the guarantee amount and is payable by you.

Bank guarantee: 

As an alternative to advance payment, you can also provide a bank guarantee. In this case, you hand over to us, after receipt of an order confirmation, a guarantee from your bank for the complete order value. We will return the guarantee to you after receipt of payment. We do not bear the costs for the guarantee.
