The Stäubli MC4-Evo ready Connector Set VE10 provides ten complete connector sets in one convenient packaging unit. Each set includes an MC4-Evo ready male coupler and a matching female coupler. This multipack is ideal for installers, solar technicians and larger projects where several strings or module arrays need to be wired. Thanks to the integrated spring clamp technology, PV cables can be connected without tools and without crimping – saving time on site and reducing potential sources of error during installation.
Features & Installation Notes
The connectors are suitable for conductor cross-sections of 4-6 mm² and cable outer diameters of 5.4-7.6 mm. Low contact resistance and high contact reliability ensure a low-loss and long-term dependable connection on the DC side of photovoltaic systems. When mated, the connectors achieve protection class IP65/IP68, providing effective protection against dust and water ingress. For assembly, the stripped cable is simply inserted and locked into place – allowing even larger quantities to be processed quickly, consistently and in compliance with standards.
