Payment Methods

For your purchase in our shop, the following payment options are available:

Advance Payment:

We kindly ask you to transfer the total amount (consisting of the net order value plus applicable VAT) to one of the bank accounts listed below as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days before your desired delivery date. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

For urgent orders, please use the option of real-time transfer / SEPA Instant Payment. Please note that we can only release your order for picking once the payment has been received in our account.

Additionally, we would like to inform you that we can only accept down payments via bank transfer going forward. For organizational and tax compliance reasons, cash payments are only possible with prior approval from our accounting department or management.

We therefore encourage you to use SEPA Instant Payment, which is supported by all major German banks and processes transactions within seconds. We have had many positive experiences with this method.

After you have placed three orders totaling at least €6,000, we can apply for a credit limit on your behalf. If approved, you will be able to purchase on account within the agreed credit limit.

Purchase on Account:

Order your desired products today and receive the invoice once the goods have been handed over to the shipping provider. The invoice is payable within 14 days.

Down Payment Guarantee:

The down payment guarantee protects your advance payment. In the event of SEN’s insolvency, our insurance will reimburse your deposit. The cost of the guarantee is 1.5% p.a. of the guarantee amount and is borne by you.

Bank Guarantee:

As an alternative to advance payment, you may provide a bank guarantee. Once you have received the order confirmation, you can submit a guarantee from your bank covering the full order amount. The guarantee will be returned to you after payment is received. Please note that the cost of the guarantee is not covered by us.
