The enwitec Power Backup Dual EU is a universal transfer switch box for all island-capable battery and hybrid inverters with their own backup output. It enables seamless switching between grid and backup operation for single- or three-phase PV systems up to 30 kW, ensuring a reliable power supply during grid failures.
Features & Installation Notes
Designed for TT, TN-S and TN-C/S networks (no TN-C inside the building), the unit provides all-pole isolation for maximum operational safety. The built-in current and voltage relay continuously monitors the grid and controls the automatic switchover. The durable polycarbonate housing (IP30, Class II) is suitable for indoor wall mounting. Pre-installed M20–M40 cable glands and clearly labeled terminal points ensure easy and secure installation. With a thermal power capacity of up to 30 kW and rated current up to 63 A, the device operates reliably between –5 °C and +35 °C.
